Assessment Corporation (LAC) provides consulting services throughout
the United States, Mexico, Canada, the Caribbean, Latin America, and
Europe to a wide range of clients such as mortgage bankers, real estate
investment trusts (REIT), secured lenders, pension fund advisors, and
more. LAC’s National Client Managers and Project Managers serve as
client relationship managers and the front line for quality
assurance/quality control (QA/QC). These National Client Managers and
Project Managers call on LAC’s Professional Associates (PA) to complete
a wide variety of due diligence services. LAC’s managers have been providing services to our clients for
more than 10 years. We have earned the respect and confidence of an

Professional Associate (PA) Profile
- Independent consulting professional or small local/regional consulting firm
- Minimum of five years of direct experience in applicable field
- Currently in compliance with any required local, state, and/or federal registrations and certifications
- Capable of generating quality reports utilizing LAC’s report templates and work scopes
- Capable of completing assignments within agreed-upon project schedules
- Strong working knowledge of computer technology and high-speed internet access

- Limited and Comprehensive Lead/Asbestos Surveys
- Limited Phase II Site Assessments (Geoprobe®, GPR, soil vapor survey, etc.)
- Acquisition Assessments (PCA & ESA)
- Probable Maximum Loss Assessments (ASTM 2026-99)
- Construction Cost Analysis and Progress Monitoring
